The trip went ahead with 21 participants and the weather turned out fine with lunch at the beach.
We walked along the beach then joined the Cliff Walkway which was in good condition with good sea views,
then came down to the beach and walked over the rocks and stones along the beach until the last portion
which along the sandy beach. There were no incidents in our group, but Ruth and others helped a tramper
who had fallen bandage his hand.
Sonia led the lunchtime devotions, and spoke on the need to seek
the Lord, pray, at the beginning of the day as the Lord did and read the devotions from a devotional
such as Our Daily Bread or The Word For Today.
