17 trampers completed a scenic loop track with an approximate one and half hour journey which is Kitekite
falls track. The group departed from the car park promptly at 2:30 PM. Upon reaching Kitekite Falls,
we continued climbing to the top of the falls, where we stopped for 5 minutes rest. It was a peaceful
highlight - sitting quietly to listen to the gentle rush of water and admiring the fresh, vibrant green
of the spring foliage all around us. Then we followed the loop back and arrived at the car park at 4pm,
completing the walk comfortably.
The track is well formed, and some board walk, all shadowed in
the trees, it is a easy walk, but there are 5 minutes stairs climbing to the falls.
After returning
back to carpark, leader Linda Zhang, led a short devotion. She shared thoughtful reflections on God's
provision in spring - the new life, renewal, and beauty that this season brings, perfectly reflected
in the forest and waters we had enjoyed. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the walk, Scenery was beautiful
and at its spring best Pace was comfortable and suitable for the group. A wonderful afternoon of nature,
fellowship, and spiritual encouragement.
