David and Jill led a group of 29 from the Karekare carpark up Comans Track to the lookout past Mercer Bay.  It was a beautiful day and the views were stunning.  The track was steep with many steps and some found it hard.  But it was worthwhile for the views at the top.  Refreshments were had at the Walkers Karekare place after the tramp and we enjoyed sitting outside on the deck in the sun.
